"Private Property" just aired Saturday, January 14, 2017, on Turner Classic Movie tv channel in its tribute to actor Warren Oates who played "Boots."
Every one cast did a fine job in this 1960 "B" movie. The film was fairly salacious for its time just before the 60s "sexual revolution."
Kate Manx's poses of her slim and shapely figure in the film were pretty graphic for its day.

At least, the thought-lost film PRIVATE PROPERTY (1960) will be screened in LA this month (3/13/15). Kate was beautiful, and left us much too young. HERO'S ISLAND is available on MOD DVD.
