Well, it says her father is Polo Posey, so maybe it is just a coincidence. It seems odd that her mother would name her after Parker Posey knowing, as an actress, that she'd have to use her middle name or change her name to be in the Screen Actors' Guild. Michael J Fox uses the J only because someone else was already registers as Michael (or Mike) Fox, even though they didn't end up famous.

Michael J FOx is really Michael A Fox and he didn't like it as it sounded like HE was A FOX..He told this story years ago on JOhnny Carson.
