                    I agree,What a friendship(as you said) or actually what a friend,everyone would be so lucky to have a friend that would stick by you always,no matter what and well help if needed.
                    I never new that jason mewes had an addiciton,I just admired their characters and the movies,good that he kicked the habit and we can see him still in movies.
                    and finally I watched the video and as many had said,its very touching,I still felt odd watching it,I had to pause it many times.

                        Go to part 9 and you will see "Movie Download 2" and right-click and save it, then you should be able to see it.
                        I watched the vid a couple of days ago and I thought it was really touching especially when he's trying not tb68o cry towards the end. You can tell the poor guy's been through a lot and I'm glad he's better now.

                              Ok, I realize this is 7 years later, but it's relevent today. I just read the 9 part Me & My Shadow on Kevin's blog. The link to the video doesn't work, but someone has posted the video on youtube. Search for Jason Mewes thanks Kevin Smith.

                                          Kevin Smith took down most/all of the posts from 2006 and published a book;
                                          'My Boring Ass Life: The Uncomfortably Candid Diary of Kevin Smith'
                                          Someone archived the entries that tell the story of Jason's addiction and it is still available online. Pictures aren't there and the link to the video doesn't work, but at least the 9 part story is still up:
                                          http://www.ryanwaddell.com/2006/04/19/kevin-smith-and-his-shadow/
                                          Note-
                                          Its considerably long:
                                          Copy/paste in MS Word came out to 31 pages (10 point font, 1/2" margins, single spaced).
                                          I started reading it and decided I couldn't finish it in one sitting because of the length. I wanted it portable (PPC/Smartphone) to read on my Treo when I got time. If for some reason you want a copy of the Word Document, for the same reason or to print let me know. It'll save some time/work.
