I myself am curious to know if they are still bestfriends or not or whats up with them. I read Smith was mad when he lived with them did drugs and stole money and stuff, but he has since gotten clean, wondering if they are still buddies. Hate to see a good friendship die.

They're still friends. Jason has been sober for around 700 days now. Also, Jason and Kevin have a podcast toge5b4ther called "Jay and Silent Bob get old" which you can find on Smodcast.com

They're still close friends and Smith cut the friendship off briefly as a consequence of Mewes being a junkie- like full on heroin junkie- but since Mewes got clean they've become close again.
As for movies- Mewes still acts in independent films and Smith has sort of had a film-related breakdown or something and isn't really making movies anymore, so Jason's gotta find other venues to work.
