I tend 2 agree width ya!!
although i didn't like THE SECOND CIVIL WAR circa (1997) his role in it WAZ GREAT of course!!! SUMMER TEACHERS circa (1973) waz also a good one of his did ya see?? he's got a HUGE part in dat one 2!!! buuuuuuuuuut let's face it he's done some DUDS ALSO BUT WHAT ACTOR HASN'T????? ya know? -

Obviously some Hollywood folks have been paying attention to Miller's contributions, even if the fans haven't. He's cropped up in appropriate flicks like "The 'burbs" and "Matinee" as a treat for those who recognize him, and uber film geek Quentin Tarantino included him in "Pulp Fiction", even though his scenes eventually got cut. From my own perspective, I gotta say he rocked as the ill-fated cop in "It Conquered the World".
