I'm watching it right now! He is a good actor. Sure he may not be the best but he makes memorable characters.

All I can remember of him in the episode is Ben Sisko shouting5b4 at him and throwing him around when he tried to escape, I'll try and give the episodes a watch tonight to refresh my memory.

I totally agree! DS9: Past Tense is one of my favorate eps of the series. Dick Miller's character Vin was great. He went from gruff Sanctuary District police to humbled hostage.
