Maybe she would have if they hadn't been standing right behind her talking about her and being loud and obnoxious. Their behavior annoyed me and I'm sure it annoyed her too. Eff 'em , I'm glad she shot them down. 10 seconds of hearing the guy holding the camera made me want to puncture my own eardrums. What a sloppy nuisance.

Maybe I didn't hear everything in that video, but all it sounded like is some girl asked for an autograph, Kate said her hands were full. The girl said in a whiny annoying voice "But I watch the L Worddd!" And Kate said kind of rudely "I'm glad you do."
Now I have no reason to defend her, but those guys were annoying and it sounds like she just wanted to be left alone.

Im a big fan of hers and recently saw the youtube video but the way I see it the girl asking her for an autograph took Kate by surprise.Who knows what was going on in Kate's head at the time she may have been startled and like most of the population was just having a bad day when the girl approached her.

How does not signing an autograph = not appreciating her fans? Celebrities don't/don't have to sign everything that they come in contact with. And it's possible she was just having a bad day or was in a rush to get somewhere that day.

I just looked on the tube and found a video. Don't know if it's the one being discussed.
The one I saw. Seriously, the people in the video sounded so stupid to me even before they spotted Kate. And when the chick did, she was an absolute idiot.

expect from celebs. I think it's a good idea not to have any personal expectations and if you enjoy them in a movie, on TV, etc., then why not leave it at that.
They are performers and not the characters they portray on screen. What part of:
