Dr Evil is of course George Soros who is trying to destroy Donald Trump, while Michael Moore is like his henchman Fat B astard helping to do his dirty work.although I think Moore weighs a lot more than Fat B astard. I think a more appropriate name for Moore is Super-Obese B astard.
