And I'm only half-kidding, I think deep down he knows what a hypocrite, hate mongering beep artist and overall evil person he's become, and that's why he's slowly eating himself to death. Overweight is one thing, but when you violate yourself to the tune of 400+ LBS like he is he's on a personal death-trip, and given his actions a well deserved one.
