          Nick Castle, the guy who was actually behind the mask for 80% of the movie (certain scenes had several crew members like John Carpenter and Tommy Lee Wallace in the mask) was paid $25 a day. Tony Moran only filmed the one scene where Michael Myers is unmasked, although I'm not sure how much he was paid, I'm sure it was more then the $25 Castle was making.

            You got to remember the film was made with a really low budget, so it wasn't too bad as he is in the film for about five seconds.
