I agree completely. Unfortunately when he got got sacked from the mirror he got 2.3 million, plus all the cash he gets from the crap programmes he makes, and now he goes out with a babe (Celia Walden). Bad guys win in this world, it is sad fact.

Indeed, glad he is history. Rude beyond belief. Too bad his contract was for approx. three yrs. and it took that long to get him off. Asking a question and interrupting in mid sentence when the guest was replying to his question.
Wanker indeed! -

I disagree! I think he's great. Know why? Because I love America's Got Talent. New Season premieres tonight! Wooot!! Check it out on NBC. Also, if you don't take my word for it, ;), take a look at this NY Post Article. Seriously though, if you've never seen the show, go watch it, it's reallyb68 great.

Of course he's a dildo, that's why he has the job he does. When assembling "judges" for these shows, they always require a "british dildo". In the case of America's Got Talent, you have this knob head.

I agree. Every report he writes is about him and who his celeb 'friends' are. "Oh ive known Jenson Button/Prince William/David Beckham for years, we go way back etc". No you dont Piers you lying twat. I wish some one would lamp one his face again.
And now for something completely different. -

He is a d*ck. He sure does have an attitude problem most of the time. He has even hit the X button before the contestant starts, than he votes them through to Vegas after he has seen more of their performance. beep

Yes, he is. And more.
The man is an utter creep, a slimy, self serving waste of space who has benefitted from the short memory of the public. He managed to exploit anti war sentiments for publicity by publishing fake photos of British soldiers urinating on Iraqi prisoners for his newspaper, and got the sack for it. That was after years of proudly boasting to having his photographers stalking, photographing and releasing private information about celebrities in the 90's, including giving out Robbie Coltrane's address.
Jeremy Clarkson punched him in the face, and rightfully so. Just because he's now on a talent show doesn't mean he's any different. That he's taking over from Larry King is frankly disgusting.
If you want to see good old Piers in action, look for Piers Morgan Have I Got News For You on YouTube.
If those were my last words, I can do better. -

Yep. Agree with the majority. How can anyone's defence of this over-hyped cretin be his involvement in a tedious talent contest?
For anyone aware of his previous career in journalism to propose him as being fit to judge talent in others when he clearly has none of his own is staggering.
I'm torn between hoping the Americans get wise and want shot of him or that they keep him and do us a favour in not having to see him again.
