He was one of my favorite characters from Terminator 2: Judgement Day.
Now, Arnold is reprising his role, but Mr. Morton isn't? Why?

Yes but this is an alternate timeline, he's still alive in Terminator Genisys

The events of Terminator 2 didn't occur in Terminator Genisys, it was an alternate timeline
Also Miles Dyson was in Genisys but was recast
