I watched Without a Trace this week and saw Mark on it. He's so versatile I had trouble deciding whether or not he played Paul Young. But yep, he did. While I was looking at his filmography, I noticed Grand.
Was Mark the mamby pamby husband in Grand? Holy cow, I'd never have guessed that. Brilliant performances if I've got this right. That was a series that should have had a MUCH longer life. It was a scream.
Was he that guy? -

On Grand he played Pamela Reed's boyfriend in the final couple of episodes. He turned out to be a warlock. The final episode of Grand that was shot and never aired had him and a coven of witches having a very strange ceremony with a passed out Pamela Reed. The coven had to unfurl a poster of Margaret Hamilton (the wicked witch of the west) for him to be able to "perform." One of the most twisted scenes I have seen anywhere. It is no wonder they never let it air. The namby pamby husband of Bonnie Hunt? Michael McKean of Spinal Tap fame, as well as a myriad of other roles.
