Would Pacino or RDN ever have dreamed of doing this, when men were meant to be men?

I'm of the belief that masculinity is on the decline. True masculinity. We're churning out soy boys in the wake of true masculine men, which is why with each younger generation, they're becoming more feminized and it's the older men who retain a degree of ruggedness. I don't think this is purely subjective, either. Just look in the schools. Look at what's being promoted and encouraged. Times have changed, and I think there are many reasons for it.
That being said, from what I've seen of RDJ and CM in interviews and the like, I think they are secure enough in who they are as men to put on a show and not give a rat's ass as to what people are yammering on about.
