It’s not that simple. She would be in worse straits because the bankruptcy could be dismissed and she wouldn’t have the protection of a bankruptcy proceeding and creditors could go after her for full payment.

I leave some for others! I tend not to want to take too much when it's hard to know what to take or how much because of the signs.. as it's heavy and doesn't taste good, overall.
