    So is he the stuttering guy in the movie who does the intro at the beginning of the first performance of Romeo and Juliet? He isn't credited here, nor on the Shakespeare in Love page, but then again, they don't even credit who that person is.

      He is credited, he was Wabash - the tailor. His name is Mark Williams and he played/plays Father Weasley in the Harry Potter movies.
