Ok I have to admit He seems to have aged quickly. Ya I k5b4now he's in his mid 50s but he used to look much younger than his years. It seems over the last few years age has cought up with him and maybe surpassed him a little. He has grey hair and a gut even. These's no way I would call him sexy or good looking like I thought not too long ago. Don't get me wrong I'm not trying to bash him. I think he's a great actor. I just find it surprising how his looks have changed lately.

I don't think he's aged overnight. I've been watching him since before L&O premiered. (I think I'm one of the few who saw Jakarta when it was originally shown on cable). He's aged gradually just like most people. I just think it's less noticable with him because he isn't regularly on TV or in movies where we can easily watch the progression, a progression that's more noticeable offscreen than on. He' gets "cleaned up" for display.
What has happened, I think, is with the popularlity of SATC movie, his personal time/life has been put on display. (It has long been known that offscreen he's rather unkempt.) And the age is easier to see in Chris Noth than the characters he plays.
