Cool : )
So sweet of him to let her take the picture too - what a nice guy
The coffee on the roof - hilarious - something I would probably do if I ever met him / if I didn't fall down while walking away LOL!! -

I met him once in the Village in NYC. It was about 3pm and he was heading down the street looking very disheveled. I wouldn't have looked at him twice if I hadn't of known who he was. Handsome in person, but they definately cleaned him up in SATC and L&O.
A girlfriend of mine was a bartender at the Cutting Room and says she saw him drag his girlfriend out by her hair screaming at her.
There was a poster here a while ago who said he lived across the hall from Chris in NYC and talked about him, but I can't find the posts.

I don't beleive a word of it, he is such a plesant person. Some people will say anything to get attention. If there are no pics to prove this it is just gossip. If this had happened it would have been all over the news stands. So go figure and consider the source.

The source was a bartender who watched it happen. And it's not the first time I've heard about it. So, even though I like him as an actor, not all stories are going to be good ones. And we're just sharing stories, so lighten up.

Of course. Because EVERYTHING that happens at The Cutting Room, Plumm, on the TV sets, etc. ends up on Page Six. No information ever comes first hand from people who work with actors. Next.

You're a weirdo. The other person and I said that, because someone would have recognized him and what was happening. That's how it usually goes. Anyway, if it's so true, what were they arguing about? I'm sure your friend must have discussed it.

This conversation is quite outdated by now, however I figured I would put my two cents in.
I have been a fan of Chris' for several years and although I don't know him personally or ever met him, I don't get that vibe about him as a man that is abusive to his woman. This however is just my personal opinion, obviously but I seriously doubt that his now wife, Tara Wilson, who has been with him for over ten years now (was about 6 I think about the time of this thread posting), my understanding is that they met while she was working at his club back in 2002-would have remained with him, had his child in 2008 and married him (as they did last year, in 2012) if he treated her in this disrespectful and disgraceful manner that I am truly shocked to even hear about. If anyone on here has done their research, there were also rumors that he was abusive to his ex, former model Beverly Johnson who he dated for five years while doing Law & Order in the 1990's-which were unsubstantiated-it is true I'm pretty sure that she attempted to have domestic charges filed against him, none o2000f which he was charged with and she actually dropped the charges I believe b/c she knew that she wasn't going to get anywhere with them, no domestic violence charges were ever brought against him. Trust me, I have done my homework on this, as a survivor of domestic assault from an abusive alcoholic and eventually a divorce-I don't think that I would allow myself to love a celeb as much as I do Chris without checking this out first. Beverly Johnson, for whatever reason, broke it off with Chris I think most likely b/c she wanted either more children (she has two of her own, I think-don't quote me on this)and my thought is that he wasn't ready to make that committment, which angered her. Maybe she was wanting money, more fame, attention, etc. by making these accusations against Chris, but if this were true, I'm pretty sure that he would have been charged with it, celebs are NOT above the law, look at Mel Gibson, Nick Nolte, etc. I can honestly say with confidence that I HIGHLY doubt that Chris Noth is an abusive man. I have read that he likes to party/drink and enjoy a good time, but I hardly picture him as a woman-abusing alcoholic like Mel Gibson, or like my ex-husband. I have also read that Chris cheated on Tara, was seen around town with other woman, blah, blah, blahbut in all honesty, Tara is an attractive woman that I believe can hold her own, she's also in the entertainment industry and in all the photos I have seen of them together, they look real into each other and you can tell that he loves her, and she loves him. Maybe he's not the 'perfect fantasy husband' like we all would like to think he is, and I'm sure that they have their own personal issues, every couple does-but that story I just don't buy. Sounds to me like the bartender was trying to sell a story, made a false account out of jealousy, heck maybe he even had a personal problem with Chris, who knows. I can say this, if it was proved to be true, I would be heartbroken-but really I can't picture him treating his then long-time girlfriend/mother of his child/now wife that way. Foolish rumor that has amounted to nothing. Still LOVE
Chris!
