Jessica Harper. She looks almost exactly like Jessica Harper used to look.
Totally; I was just watching an old Woody Allen movie, "Love & Death" - and all-of-a-sudden, Frances O'Connor is in it - WHAT!!! But, of course, it was Jessica Harper.
It even says in the triva section of Jessica Harper's IMDb profile that she's the spitting image of O'Connor.
It would be cool, if they were cast in something as mother & daughter, or sisters. -

Yes, Jessica Harper is the one I was thinking of, too. I thought it was her, but then I realized Jessica would be much older now. Here's a page where it's actually pointed out. They're practically clones!

As I've already wrote in my comments of Suspiria; I had hard time believing that was not a younger version of Frances O'Connor!
But resemblance does not stop at visage distance. Far from it. Check the Jessica's present site at : http://www.jessicaharper.com/
While at it, momentarily as the sites loads, sample of her singing presents another striking resemblance : Her singing voice is not similar, but the very exact timbre of O'connor's singing voice !
Well genes are strange things sometimes. Somebody made almost the exact mixture in two places to be sure

THANK YOU! I saw "Love And Other Catastrophes" on IFC today and it was driving me absolutely crazy trying to remember where I thought I had seen her before. I've seen "My Favorite Year" several times and I would have sworn it was Ms. Harper with an ozzie accent. They could be twins. Uncanny!

I thought she looks like that girl Amber somebody from Sisterhood of the travelling pants, and Enid Nightshade from the worst witch. She must have one of those faces. It's a bit weird that she looks like so many other actresses.

totally ..she so often reminds of mariah carey ..and also and even young sally field is not a bad one ..though i wasnt ever reminded ofher till aftre aving reda this thread and i would suggest one more nme ..i dont know if its just me but i thought she looked a lot like minnie driver from circle of friends days and before.

definitely looks like susan egan. almost identical! i saw her on cashmere mafia and i thought she was the lady from gotta kick it up but that was really susan egan.
