I just read her profile and came here to post the same thing. 6 marriages is absurd, she must be a bitch behind closed doors.

Nah it's probably just lust. Lots of people are addicted to that "in love" feeling then when it starts to turn into something mature or fizzles, then the relationship ends. That's why many people go from relationship to relationship. They don't know the meaning of commitment nor what a true relationship consist of. Lust is all about self and when a person doesn't suit another anymore, one or both partners want to move on.
People like the above should never get married until they grow up. I'm not saying that's the case with Gail but it's very likely. No one keeps marrying just for the heck of it. You wait to see if it will fizzle or develop.

I don't profess knowledge of why Gail's many marriages crashed, but I believe that when the second one ends in divorce, too, that's a pretty good sign that matrimony is not for you! SIX divorces is absurd to me, but it's also not so out-of-the-2000ordinary in Hollywood. What IS considered ordinary in Movieland, anyway? LOL

My sig was not part of my comment so your comment was not necessary. But since you mentioned it, since that's what you believe, may God have mercy on you on Judgment Day. We ALL have to stand accountable for what we did on this earth. Just because you don't believe in God doesn't mean you get to skirt away from your sinful deeds. None of us will.

Agreed!! What possesses a woman to marry SIX TIMES?!! She doesn't seem to get that marriage is not for hereven after the second or third divorce?!
I bet she is kind of bitchy behind closed doors, she has that look to her.
She is smoking hot & seems intelligent and personable in interviews, but this only can extend a relationship for so long.
I also heard a rumor that she has a gambling addiction. This could put a clamp on any lust.

I think you are at least partially correct. Based on what I've seen with other people who had multiple marriages and divorces was that one or both sides were not willing to compromise much, if anything to make the marriage work and the fact is that unless one half of a marriage is completely subservient to the other and the other half likes it that way then both parties need to find a middle ground they can live with or it won't work.
My guess is that she loves the rush of romance and has or had an unrealistic belief of what a marriage is supposed to be. She also apparently has a gambling problem, which reinforces my belief that she loves the rush that gamblers get when they are on a roll or when lovers get when the relationship is new and exciting. A marriage is a lot of work and a spouse is not a toy you can play with then ignore it when you get tired of playing with them. She probably is very self-centered and expects that after working, her husband should shower her with affection on her days off and be content with little or no contact from her the rest of the time. Her husbands probably became disenchanted with the relationship being one-sided, but she probably thinks it's their problem, not hers and when the honeymoon is over, either divorces them when it stops being fun or her husbands initiate divorce proceedings when it becomes obvious that she has no intention of making any changes to keep the marriage intact. It's her way or the highway.
When I was in grade school, there was a classmate whose parents would get a new car, then trade it in every year or two when getting a new car so they didn't have to do any major work or maintenance on them other than get the oil changed.5b4 They could afford to do that. I think she is the same way with relationships. It makes me wonder how she deals with her son. He's going to be a teenager soon and start rebelling. I sense boarding school in his future or him going to live with his father.
