Why doesn't he just a Kickstarter page for1c84 fans to help fund it? I doubt he'll get ALL the money he needs but he SHOULD get a good amount considering the film does have a strong fanbase. And maybe he could find some investors to fund the rest. Seriously, why hasn't he? But then again, Steve hasn't been looking so good lately so there is that.
