Robert Palmer did a nice re-make of Marvin Gaye's Mercy,Mercy Me/I Want You.
I also liked the early 80's hit "Clues" Rest in Peace!!!

I completely agree (im getting teary eyed just thinking about how fast he came and went) it just breaks my heart, im 25 years young and I remember seeing his videos on vh1 when i was like 9 years young, In a coincidental moment I was listening to Robert's "I didnt mean to turn you on" and Power stations "some like it hot" (my two fav Robert songs ever) and I ended up on imdb looking him up on this message board! I absolutely love you Mr. Robert Palmer and miss your music terribly (rock in peace!)

Me too . . . those "Simply Irresistible" and "Addicted to Love" videos have painted the background of my conscious for as long as I can remember. RIP Mr. Palmer, I sure do miss you
but your live on for me in your music and great artistry
