I think she's tremendous. I loved her character in BILB, but she really amazed me in Constant Gardener. Such range!

and i asked, what has having a native scottish accent got to do with a cockney accent? how did you get to that conclusion? newcastle, liverpool, leeds, manchester maybe. but cockney? it just doesn't relate at all. thats why i'm asking you how you thought that being native scots merited a good cockney accent. obviously as an actress, it would be an asset. but to associate cockney with scottish is strange in order to relate to how easily she would be able to switch from scottish to cockney, especially if it were her native accent. i'm asking how you thought of that
