but he's not the most handsome either. is that why he always gets roles where he's in a mask or has alot of make-up on? i wonder if that's insulting
i wish snake-eyes had a double sided lightsaber.
and why did they hire a korean guy to play a japanese ninja? and how come nemesis enforcer aren't in the movie? i want my nemesis enforcer! or sgt. slaughter. they should totally bring him back. -

Ah yeah, I'd find that insulting.
I think he's very handsome - he's got more screen presence than anyone else in GIJOE. Sure if you prefer bland-faced hotties with tiny noses, tiny mouths, tiny jaws, then there are more handsome faces out there. But as for screen presence? Character? A man that looks manly instead of feminine pretty? Raymond.
And it takes someone really handsome to be in ugly make up and still get hordes of fangirls always. -

I think everyone should cut him a slack.
"He isn't good looking enough" "He's too short" "he can't do an over 9000 degrees butterfly twists like Steve Terada can do" etc etc
I'm really into martial arts, and i've met him. Although in person he does look better than most of his pictures, he's still good looking. But unlike all the sex symbols that you all think handsome to begin with, mr Park doesn't appear in PHOTO RETOUCHED photo shoots on website and magazines, doesn't pimp his looks with make up or high fashion clothes.
He's a genuine, everyday person, who also happens to have good looking features.
As for the height, i betcha he's at least 5'10''. I know, i've met him.. So what? That's average height for English people. The majority of actors are his height, mr Park just doesn't wear shoelifts.
As for the martial arts, he probably can't pull a triple spin 1900 lotus kick into a looped 540 btwist ending with a wall flip into arial, simply because HE DOESN'T CARE.
He's an old school wushuren and traditional martial artist, back then tricks only meant as long as they were clean and the rest was REAL martial movements, delivered with fighting intention.
Isn't it what martial arts are for? Otherwise people could just go do breakdancing, gymnastics or capoeira, if they just like the acrobatics. Most of the performances you see at competitions nowadays, are nothing more than breakdance. Thank god there's still people like mr Park.
Sorry for the rant, but being a traditional martial artist myself, i take it to heart. Plus i also happen to admire genuine lifestyles like Ray's -

He's not conventionally gorgeous or anything but there is just something so appealing about him. He's definitely got some charisma going onand an INCREDIBLE physique to boot. Anybody got any pics of this hunk shirtless?

well if you say he isn't ugly then he wouldn't need to be in masks/has a'lot of make up on would he-he just gets that as he is a martial arts choreography/stunt guy
if you thought he was ugly then you would have a point! don't make sense
