Kudo's to Ray Park. I love Ray's work and his work in GI Joe was the only thing that made it the least bit interesting

The kind of acting he had to do is probably the most difficult. Actors use their facial expressions, body language, and voice inflection to express emotion with their character. It's very easy to express emotion when you are able to use all three. Ray's character wears a mask, and was silent. So, he did not have the benefit of speaking or showing his face, not even his eyes! Try acting with only body language. Not very easy to do!
I think he did a top notch job! ESPECIALLY with what the obstacles he had to work with!

Well as a martial artist myself, I really enjoyed watching Ray's Wushu skills. More so because in an interview he was telling us how hard it was to perform through that costume. And it was that he didn't speak that he became more of a character. His movements and silence created a really character for me. Kinda like Bumblebee in Transformers. I still stick by what I said about him being the most interesting character in the movie. Lol

Yes he did. Acting isn't just talking you know.
He had to portray his character and convey what was going on his mind. He had to do this without using words or expressions. That's acting, just a different way of doing it.
