It's a joke.
The only way the Eagles can win is if they win by 3 TD's aka 21 points. If you blow them out then even the crooked refs can't change enough calls to make up the difference on that many points. But of course the Eagles won't be able to beat them by 21.
The Super Bowl will be close and the Refs will award , ahem excuse me , Fix the Victory for that Dick sucking Faggot Mahomes.
