Would you like to see him play Rochester in 'Jane Eyre'?

Nathaniel Parker has played the young Edward Rochester in John Duigan's film of Jean Rhys' "Jane Eyre" prequel, "The Wide Sargasso Sea".
I have never seen the film, but I have the DVD on order. I'm a bit apprehensive as I have heard wildly mixed reviews of both the film (everything from "masterpiece" to "total crap") and the lead performances of Parker and Karin2000a Lombard (who have been praised for being "charismatic" in some reviews and damned as being "uncharismatic" in others). I took a chance on buying the DVD because I like the original story and have been impressed with Parker and Lombard in other things.
Anyway, Parker has grown a lot as an actor in the years since he made "Wide Sargasso Sea" so, all you Nat Parker fans, the question is, in the unlikely event that another movie was made of "Jane Eyre", would you like to see Parker return to the role of Rochester???
Personally, I think he'd be brilliant in the role - and I think it would be awesome if he played Rochester opposite the now grown up Anna Paquin (who played the young Jane in Franco Zeffirelli's unjustly maligned 1996 version of "Jane Eyre") as Jane and Karina Lombard returning as the first Mrs. Rochester.

When I saw the most recent Jane Eyre (2006) I literally took a double take because the man who played Rochester looked so much like Nathaniel that I somehow willed my mind for it to be him. Imagine my utter disappointment when it wasnt Nat. Toby Stephens played the part very well but I still could see Nathaniel Parkers face. So to answer your question, yes, Id love to see Nat play Rochester.

Sadly though, it's recently been re-made and Toby Stephens did a very good job with the part. But still.
If anyone knows where I could get a hold of "Evolution's Child" (1999), please msg me!
