I noticed in recent pics of her the one side of her face seems a bit drooped. Did she have a stroke? I imagine it was minor if she still makes it to film premieres, but was her speech affected?

According to the commentary on the Cecil B. Demented dvd, John Waters said she had a brain tumor between that movie and Pecker, which caused nerve damage.

according to the commentary she had the brain tumor removed just before shooting cecil B, because of the brain surgery she was paralyzed on one side of her face.
