They went overkill on the imperfections real nipples may have from breastfeeding.
I have seen real nipples that look nicer than these prosthetic ones. You don't want the bumps and corrugation there on the areola
on purpose
if you have an option not to.
It's like opting for the prosthetic nose with blackheads for the super-realistic look.
