Actually it is ignorant or delusional to say a a person's sexual orientation doesn't have influence on an individual's appearance. If it didn't, why would Ellen declare she doesn't have to wear dresses anymore? Why does Ellen DeGeneres act like women's clothing is kryptonite. I don't think you will see a straight women who dresses and acts like a dude nor will you find a straight man wearing short shorts or mesh tank tops while carrying a women's purse. I do not think it should be that way, but they bring it on themselves by perpetuating the stereotypes causing further alienation.

So, if you're admitting that there are variations that don't fit into the gender binary, the question remains, why does that bother you so much? Um, no. That is not what you told me months ago. What I am saying is that Ellen's appearance should not have changed at all. She ONLY changed her appearance when she came out. Ellen degeneres dresses like she does BECAUSE she is a lesbian.

Get out more and you'll see she does wear men's clothing. Also, I only see lesbian women that dress in a similar manner so you might want to rethink.

It is abundantly clear that you have zero interaction with gay people, particularly gay women, in your daily life. The very fact that you would take a person's sexual identity and link it with their appearance only further serves to prove this. I don't create the sterotype, those such as Page, DeGeneres or Rachel Maddox do all that themselves.I know plenty of lesbians that lead normal lives and are not in your face with their sexualities nor can you take one look at them and immediately know their sexuality.
