Well Boris would be the obvious one, he's always got escorts and shagging shenanigans around him. But I'd say, if there is only one former PM, it would be David Cameron

Being gay doesn't make you a saint though
I'm pretty sure it's on record that Jimmy Savile didn't have a preference on occasion, so sexuality doesn't seem to be the motivation behind cruelty.
Now, how cruel was Andrew? And how cruel were the people he knew about who were up to no good - those are the questions that need to be answered to allow for proper punishment and for justice to those who were exploited for cruel purposes
