Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has been ordered to appear before members of Congress in Washington, D.C., for questioning about his ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
In a letter sent Thursday to the former Duke of York, Democratic members of the House Committee on Oversight said they believe he may have key information about Epstein’s co-conspirators and enablers.
“Rich and powerful men have evaded justice for far too long,” said Rep. Robert Garcia, the committee’s ranking Democrat. “Now, former Prince Andrew has the opportunity to come clean and provide justice for the survivors.”
The letter requests Andrew respond by November 20.

If I were president and really wanted him to appear, I'd use it as bargaining chip on some grand new trade deal or military pact with the UK. I think they would ultimately bring him to our embassy quite willingly.

what would the legal situation be if Guffrie was taken to the UK for "his majestys pleasure " and not the US Virgin island? She was 17 and the legal age here is 16, but she still was a minor by American law and she was trafficked out of country to be ****ed by an adult.
But, she did kinda " consent " to it right? I have not heard of any stories of the victims being dragged off the street. Coerced and swayed with money for sure
So the question remains, she " consented " in a country where the legal age of consent is 16, so would old sweaty Andy still be in American ****? -

I'm actually planning to read Giuffre's memoir soon. I'm not sure about all of the legalities. Trafficking and solicitation would be crimes regardless, but either way Giuffre won't be around as a witness in any legal proceedings. I think the question here is about other potential victims and other crimes he may have witnessed even if he didn't participate in them himself.

- He's of a different nationality. The majority of Epstein associates reside in a country where the majority party is actively blocking the files from ever seeing the light of day.
- It's not politically divisive in the way that Trump and Clinton are, even in the UK. After all, nobody ever elected Andrew to any position (granted, Scotland had an opportunity to

I don't think so, not directly. They could theoretically be able to sway the executive branch to make some moves and ensure his appearance, but that's not happening under this administration.

If we are talking about regular criminals here then In most cases between the US and UK they would have no trouble handing over criminals who have been to America and ****ed with the law or vice versa. UK and US have no need to play political dick measuring games with each other.
Andrew is still a member of the Royal Family though, it would further besmerch the nation if his fate was getting ass ****ed in a dusty sandy Arizona prison cell by the brotherhood.
