I'm curious to see how William will take this into account with his legacy
I've seen William in public with him a few weeks ago. He wasn't interested in engaging with him.
I get the feeling that once William is king, Andrew, along with Harry and the Mrs. will be history.
You asked a pretty question; I've given you the ugly answer.

I think Harry will be out before William takes the throne, to make it easier for him.
But, beyond that, I'm curious as to how Wills will have the 'Royal family' represented in those outside of direct lineage to the throne.
I mean, I'm all for
King Ralph
but that's never going to happen

I'm curious as well. Should be interesting.

I'm sure there will still be a Royal family, I just think it will have to be streamlined like it is for everyone else in that country.
Can't be having everyone get free lunches because of their blood ties when there are some who can't keep the heating on while fresh arrivals get free iPhones.
I'm not against getting in new blood, but we need to have the model reflected for all to see it working.

I would hope that Harry and Meghan will be taken out of the line of succession.
As for more working royals, I could see Beatrice and Eugenie stepping up to the plate…
Possibly Zara and Mike?
There are also Edward and Sopie's children. Just some thoughts… I'm not completely sure of the ins and outs of how things work within the monarchy.

Like any family there will be those who don't quite fit in as possibly wished for in certain circumstances.
But three up, three down and two across seems to be the general ward of anyone caring for those around them in their family. When they get bigger, which the Windsors certainly have, the teat of 'old money' has to be removed to keep those wanting to feed their young able to.
Anything beyond cousins of the sitting monarch has to go. There's enough generational wealth as it is to have them make or break like anyone else.
William would be smart to ratify such a thing and make sure that the taxpayer isn't footing the bill for some delinquent who is abusing their extended family's clout.
Those closer into the centre but still acting out will have to lose their privileges also. It happened before Elizabeth was queen and she was Queen for a very long time
