His nickname was "Randy Andy" and he always had an eye for young ladies, I don't doubt he had sex with her. She was 17 I believe which wouldn't be illegal in the UK from an age of consent POV. I'm not entirely sure what the charges are so can't comment too much except to say that he made an ass of himself over his claim of being unable to sweat and that made him look guilty.
I think I read that the girl in question accepted a cash payment from Epstein too. It's all a bit shady however you view it. -

This is a civil case not a criminal one.
It has put a scourge on Andrew, yet while the girl was still young, I really don't think from a consenting aspect that it was illegal otherwise it would be criminal. There were younger girls involved in this Epstein/Maxwell scandal, yet Andrew is being sued over a matter that was not necessarily illegal.
This is about damages, the girl at the time would have been rewarded handsomely and I seriously doubt she was really damaged goods over it. This is more about playing a victim card because opportunity has knocked due to the current climate of sexual ethics which have been brought into question only.
Norman! What did you put in my tea?
