I think that might have been the reason why he killed himself at a young age.
People don't just drive themselves to suicide for no reason. There had to have been a horrifying moment during his childhood that drove him to suicide. It's the only explanation for what happened that night in January of 1977. -

I saw that too and posted on it. Then I saw one with Richard Pryor talking about losing weight and eyesight in one eye . beginning symptoms of MS. It had not been diagnosed yet. He was trying to joke about it but you could tell he was really worried.
It is sad to see people before it all goes wrong; especially when it looks like they are on top of the world. I guess it all happened too fast for him to deal with. I saw a program with people on it who had tried to kill themselves but failed and every single one of them said that when they thought they were about to die; they were so sorry they committed that act and realized they really wanted to live.
I had the chance to work with Michael Jackson who was as brilliant as they come.

It seems number one was drugs. You're supposed to be able to see it on the show, his weight fluctuated. Drug use makes you lose weight, I believe.
The stardom was supposedda0 to be too much for him and too quick, as well as some idea that he 'sold out' to the white power structure, but above all else, it was supposed to be drugs.
At the time it happened, he was supposed to have broken up with Jr.'s mother, or their relationship was on a rocky patch.
It was '77, EVERYONE was doing drugs, so nobody was going to blame that, so it was the break-up. Hollywood just doesn't like to blame drugs.
I was 11 and I recall just wondering, how do you shoot yourself? I couldn't follow it. How do you get in front of the gun to shoot yourself and on purpose? -

For some reason a lot of comedians deal with things like depression, being bi-polar, etc. Look at Robin Williams.
Freddie Prinze was also using drugs and was arrested for driving under the influence of Quaaludes. Then his wife divorced him because he had his child in the car with him. He was young, just scored a big contract and the money along with it and developed a drug problem.
Sometimes the brightest lights just burn out too soon.
