Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Freddie Prinze

I think that Freddie Prinzes biography would be a good5b4 idea for a movie. He was born poor, became famous and rich with his stand-up talent, was an inspiration for many latin american people and died very young. It would be a good bio movie, very depresing though.
Lots of movies based on comedians biographies such as Lenny Bruce or Andy Kaufman became good movies.
I also think that Wilmer Valderrama would be a great choice to play Freddy.

There was a movie made, 1979 TV-movie called "Can You Hear the Laughter?"
Unfortunately I don't think enough people would remember him today for there to be a movie about him. I can't believe he doesn't even have a profile picture on IMDB.
