YES Glumpy, LOL I seem to always "glump" them together. 🙂
Anyway, I see Robert was in a gazillion things.however, he is in two of my fave movies of all time Mrs. Doubtfire and Rudy. Just caught him a few weeks ago in the old movie Outrageous Fortune, he looked so young and it was only 6 years before Rudy and M.D.
RIP Robert you have given me many smiles from your perfomances in Rudy and Mrs. Doubtfire, I've watched them a lot!
Also, very cool that you had a house in Cape May, one of my fave places in my state 🙂

I loved him in "The Love She Sought," as he played a "progressive" priest with Angela Lansbury playing a Catholic school teacher "who took her religion 'straight up.'" I watch that movie over and over (made abt 1995). As a sidenote, it's the very first time I ever saw Cynthia Nixon (of "Sex and the City" fame) in a movie; she was a very young unwed pregnant girl who had come to spend the last term of her pregnancy with her teacher.
Robert had a joyful enthusiasm in "The Love She Sought" that I can't help but think was part of his "real life." The loving comments by his family are very heart-wearming; I am always happy to hear that an older person who died was still living with his wife

Thought you were a great actor and each year when I watch Miracle on 34th street in December I remember to check imdb for your name.
Was shocked now to see that you just passed away.

Met him with my family in Paris March 2006. He was affable and didn't act like he was annoyed that fans recognized him. As HUGE "Rudy" fans, my family and I loved him. I actually didn't know that he had died until I saw the SAG Awards the other night.
