I just can't take her seriously as an actress now ever since she's come out. I think that's something she should've kept

So much is wrong with what you say, I laugh! I've learned to not take offense from anyone when it comes to sexuality because most of what gets said is just bad arguments and even laughable. I laugh at what you say because, like so many, you make it out to be like your belief of the bible or hell or whatever is a real argument. It's not. Bible thumpers or people who use their religion as a premise for why gay is wrong are the most closed minded people. They're the ones shoving their beliefs, ideals, morals, etc down the throats of people who do not want it. Radical, religious people are the biggest hypocrites to exist. You don't like other people "shoving" their lifestyle in your face? Stop shoving yours in theirs. Stop trying to make the laws based on your religious beliefs. Religion is not a basis for LAW. It's a basis for a person's belief system, not the government.
My favorite thing you said, "also seeing her play straight characters from now onI'll totally know she's acting because she doesn't even like men" I'm so glad you understand what acting is now! How long did it take for you to realize what acting is? Have you been watching her believing she really is psychic or the new stepdaughter of a Huxtable daughter or a singer in a girl group?
As for her not wanting to be labeledhow hard is that to grasp? She doesn't want to be labeled for who she dates or where her ancestors may come from. She was born in the U.S. so she doesn't want to be called African American because she's not. She considers herself an American.
Also, just because you and some others disagree with her dating life doesn't mean she should keep it hush. She can tell people whatever she wants about herself. If you don't like it, that's your problemit doesn't make her in the wrong because she upset you. That's your own fault for being a bigot.

Is an easy thing, you just think about things other than that. Give it a try, I know bigots for some reason love to think about gay sex more than gay people do.
The difference between people like me and people like you isn't our sexuality, it's that I'm 2000a decent human being and you want to control those of us who do not fit your perfect mold. I'm accepting of people who are religious, even if it means they're not as comfortable around me (I have religious family who aren't so accepting, but because I'm such a good person and all, they can forget about it). You go around spewing, "gays are going to hell," and calling them gross. What's more decent? I'd go with me, because I'm not doing anything to purposefully hurt others. I may be attracted to men, but that's not something I picked. You picked your bigotry. I choose decency, you choose bigotry! The end. -

You better read that bitch. It amazes me how people think they have the right to condemn someone else for who they love. It's like, stop worrying about my life and start worrying about yours. I don't give a damn who you date (man, woman, transgender, etc) If you're happy, more power to you.

You say that you'll "know she's acting" now, but how would you not have known before? She never dated any of her male co-stars, so she was quite obviously only pretending to be in love with them. Did you think she was really psychic too, or were you aware that she was acting?

Exactly Queen. People think they know these celebs personally who in the world cares that she is into this sex or that sex the world isn't going to stop spinning. I still like Raven and respect her and I love that she doesn't care what people think of her she is going to be her. You don't see Raven acting a fool like Lindsey Lohan or Miley Cyrus and partying all night long.

You know what? For what it's worth I respect your opinion but I could care less what you think about homosexuality. It did disappoint me to see her say she didn't want to be labeled as black when she clearly is a (although light-skinned) black woman. To deny what you obviously are is so pathetic and that makes me lose respect for someone right there.

Don't get me wrong, I ABSOLUTELY understand what you're saying. But, consider this, who told us we were black? I don't care for Raven, but I also don't think it's a self hatred thing when she says what she says. I just think she doesn't feel it necessary to label herself African. I don't think it's because she despises people from countries in Africa, I don't think she despises her ancestors from Africa. I think it's plain and simple - she doesn't identify with any African culture, she only knows what it means to have been born in America. The other stupid things that she says are just that - stupid.
