I just saw this question now so my reply is really late!..Yes he is.The NY times mentioned in the real estate section that he and his partner purchased property in Manhattan.That's how I found out.I had such a crush on him when I was young!!

I found this article recently and it said he bought a pretty snazzy sounding place with Eric Elice (aka Rick Eliceone of the writers of Jersey Boys). They wrote Double, Double together. It is noted on that real estate thing that neither of them wished to comment on the story.
