R.I.P Charles Nelson Reilly

To quote the infamous SNL sketch starring Alec Baldwin and Will Farrell: "Charles Nelson Reilly, you were a DELIGHT". Contrary to what CNR thought, Yahoo!'s headline about his death reads: "Tony Award Winner Reilly Dies at 76". He was certain it would be all about the game shows

He was a fixture in my Saturday morning childhood. I watched game shows just to see him. His humor influences me even today. My son loves the Dirty Bubble.
His description of an incident at a hotel while burning incense still makes me giggle some 30 years later.
Bless you, Mr. Reilly. We love you and are sadder for your passing.

Wow. What horrible news. I woke up this morning, feeling good since it's my birthday, and what do I find when I booted up the computer? "Charles Nelson Reilly Dies at 76." Talk about heart-wrenching. Very, very sad day for Match Game fans (like me), and game show fans in general.
He will be missed.

Rest in peace, Charles. I was so sad to hear of your death this morning. I liked you so much! We'll miss you. Thanks for all the laughs and smiles. The other side is a little brighter now, it has you and Gene Rayburn.

It's weird to be that affected by the death of someone you did't know but I'm really sad. I guess it's a testament to his art and the way he touched us. It's trivial I know because he will keep living for us through his work whereas his loved ones have lost him forever but I'm glad I'll be able to enjoy his great performances over and over again. He made me smile like very few can.
Another little light goes out and the world grows a little darker still
RIP Mr Chung.
