After watching Juno I must agree that setting up broomstick ball games is Jason's true calling and making movies should be left to people like Sam Rami and Brett Ratner, honestly.

You're probably too dumb to see or understand his two movies which are really good. So he is not wasting anything.

I miss broomball. We used to play it during winter carnival. You think hockey's dangerous? Try running around the ice with sneakers and no helmet!

I wouldnt see anything to envy about this guy.
Juno is just another "Superbad" or "..Dynamite"

Except that it's nominated for the best picture and best director academy awards.

So is it like Superbad OR Dynamite? Two very different movies. I hate Napoleon Dynamite but Superbad might just be the best movie ever.

Superbad, Napoleon Dynamite, and Juno are probably the three of the best comedie5b4s of the decade, so I wouldn't take excepetion to that statement.
But, to shamelessly pander to the other posters on the thread, beep it all: broombal is an infinetly superior pursuit. Who does he think he is, anyway?

How could you say Superbad is the best movie ever?
Its just recycled movie scripts in todays world with the same plot-line:
horny young (and fat) nerds try to score with the hottest girl. wow.
they used in Porkys I-III, American Pie I-V, Not another Teen Movie, Revenge of the Nerds I-V, Kids, Cant Hardly Wait, and thousands of other teen movies that you should be watching becauseyoure not a teen anymore and you should no better.

I know! they've got a goldmine of possible storylines for teenage boys at school it's not like it's all about parties, drinking, girls, classes, pressures of Uni and relationships gosh and clearly any movie that has any of those plots has simply copied anything with a similiar plot or similiar themes i mean dazed and confused IS a remake of fast times at ridgemont high!

Who cares about the plot anyway? Crash was just the same as 21 Grams.
With comedies, it's all about how funny it is. Who gives a beep about a plot? It could literally be guys sitting around doing nothing but if it's funny, it's a good comedy.

You just described Clerks and Clerks II.
Two very good comedies in my opinion.

I can't believe that you slipped "Kids" into that group of comedies. How does the movie where the pre-teens get aids fit in with all of those other ones?
