Jewish, I think.
I wonder if her family either came from Russia, or were actually some of the few French Jews that survived WW2's massacre of Jews.

French Canadian is an ethnicity, not a nationality and you do not need to know how to speak French to be Canadian! As for her accent, I have no idea but there is no such thing as a North American accent.

Well, she was born in France, so that would make her French, not French Canadian. And there IS such a thing as a North American accent. So, I would agree with that, although there is a slight difference between an American and Canadian accent, and her natural accent sounds more American to me.

She's a member of the time traveling reptilian sub-species, here to destroy humanity. They have infiltrated Hollywood and world governments.

Actually she's a part of the human race, even if she was an alien would you really care? Or does race bother you so much that you judge people at first glance, and want to ask questions?
I'd rather know a persons character first.
