I love Zoe and enjoy seeing her in movies.

maybe you just watched and remember the movies where she's paired with white guys only?
movies where her love interest is a man of color:
Takers, The Heart Specialist, Blackout, Premium, Out of the furnace (where yes, her love interest is Christian Bale but she ended up with Forest Whitaker's character) Drumline
In the Nina Simone's biobic her love interest is black also.
She also was cast to play Don Cheadles love interest in his current work in progress movie about Miles Davis (she was cast to play his first wife) she had accepted that part years ago but had to give it up because she was pregnant last year (couldn't play a dancer with the baby bump and all)
either way, how many mainstream movies we currently have with a black male character as the lead and the one with a romance? Just answer to that question and you understand why it seems that most of her onscreen love interests are white: because the main male character in most of the mainstream movies are white.
That said, interracial couples are still rare in hollywood. There are actors like Will Smith who rarely get to play the love interest of a white girl because hollywood is stuck in that poc must only be paired with other poc mentality.
In light of that alone, the fact that Zoe gets to play the love interest of white characters too - and they don't give those roles to a white actress by default - in mainstream movies is important in perspective. -

Actually, Will Smith (for the first time ever) is the love interest of a white woman (Margor Robbie, from THE WOLF ON WALL STREET) in the recent hit film FOCUS,which is one of the best films he's made in a long whileworth seeing, too. -

I absolutely LOVE watching Zoe in interracial relationships with actors who are non-black on-screen, I just think interracial relationships are so much more interesting, compared to the typical 'white dating white' and 'black dating black' couples. So I always prefer watching Zoe's works in which she's paired with a white actorI just don't like watching her dating a black guy on-screen, that's just so boring and cliche.
With that said, Zoe is perhaps the "poster girl" for interracial relationships in Hollywoodby that I mean she is perhaps the 1 black actress in Hollywood who has paired with the most white guys on-screen by far, heck, most of the guys she's dated in real-life are white too. Now I'm waiting to see her date an Asian guy on-screen, I think that would be so interesting! =D Hey, I would love to see Zoe and John Cho play a couple =P -

There's no such thing as a particular relationship being "boring" or "cliche". Relationships are relationships no matter what the race of the people involved in them are. The fact is that many people, of all races, prefer being in relationships with others of the same race as them, and there's nothing "boring" or "cliche" about that whatsoever. Now if you have a particular fetish in wanting to see interracial couples then I suppose you might consider it "boring" or "cliche" when you see couples that are not in interracial relationships. But to say that same race couples are "boring" or "cliche" is completely ridiculous, disrespectful and quite ignorant to be honest. It's no different from someone making negative and disrespectful remarks about interracial couples.
Each person decides who they personally want to be with whether it's someone of the same or opposite race as them, and neither type of relationship should or deserves to be disrespected by any other people in our society.

please pay attention, I was only referring to
on-screen
relationships, NOT reality, I just think it's so boring and cliche to watch same-race couples on-screen, because we see same-race couples all the time in real-life, so it's more refreshing and interesting to watch interracial couples on-screen. I never commented on real-life situations though, just
on-screen
, so no need to get your pants in a twist. -

Agreed with everything you said. It's nice to see interracial relationships be represented more in the media. It is a bit cliche to see white dating white and black dating black because it's something16d0 that you see everyday. I don't have a problem with that but I just think it so much nice to see people being more open minded to date other races other than their own.

Hollywood is run by WASP's and Jews who are racist as hell. White actors get to be cast with anyone. They don't like it any other way unless its independent or something.

Well their back is up against the wall now. They gotta place more minorities in films in leading roles or supporting roles and even in the background. However! The Golden Globes still get away with awarding all white cast and white actors like 2025 Hanlet awards sweep. Who the fcuk cares about Shakedpear that mych anymore?

She was paired with a black actor (Michael Early I think?) in the film Takers
Who happens to be a very light skinned, blue eyed black man. Light, bright and damn near w16d0hite, as they say.

Black men find her attractive. But, they don't typically pair conventionally-attractive, ideal looking women with a black man. They tried with Will Smith and Margot Robbie in "Focus" and with Eva Mendes in "Hitch" and audiences said "no."

This is true. To be honest, I don't know why anyone bothers questioning it. The general public (mostly whites) are not interested in black couples as leads.
In order to carry the movie (or tv show), for a black character to lead and be in a relationship, the partner has to be white for the general audience to stay interested. TV and movies are primarily targeted to white audiences.
I use to work for a network tv marketing department and we routinely tested exclusively white viewers. African-American viewers were rarely included; -

I would be a lot less clich and boring if she was with women. -

well she has said she's bisexual (even though we've only ever seen her date men), so why not? maybe see her in a lesbian relationship with another woman on-screen would be interesting
