Close birth dates. The main difference is that Cameron starred in wholesome TV shows about a quirky suburban family and a straight-to-video Christian movie, whereas Scott's movies tend to have to deal with sex, having sex with hot French werewolves, and rocking out. I know which one I like better.

I saw a little one today pick up the Left Behind DVD and said, Mommy, this is Tom Everett Scott! He was absolutely convinced that Kirk Cameron was Tom Everett Scott. I do think they resemble each other somewhat.

yes! i saw him on the world poker tour and thought he looked a lot like the young josh from Big. i did a search and saw moscow's grown up picture was very similar to scott's!

Yeah, I'm watching Saved with my mom and she was like "Isn't that the oldest son in that one show with the dad as a psychiatrist at home?" I was like, uh no this is Tom Everett Scott and that's Kirk Cameron, but they do look a lot alike.
