I'm just surprised that anybody would be interested in making a movie about Jean Seberg.

Well, she did have a very interesting life.
I'm just glad no one has because so many things need to just be kept sacred, you know what I mean?

only those with lives worthy of a biopic can have visitors to their message board?
there are quite a few actors who are going to have nothing to read.

Why? Cause she was down with The Black Panthers? Cause she believed in Civil rights for all? Typical response from a tea bagging buffoon.

I think Seberg's life would make a very interesting screenplay. However, Kirsten Dunst looks NOTHING like her, and she has none of her essence at all. I'd pick someone like Winona Ryder, if she wore blue contacts and sported blond hair (she has the more delicate features of Seberg, and is petite enough and actually still looks young enough), or perhaps a completely different new face. No one comes to mind who looks much like Seeberg, other than, as previously stated, possibly Ryder. Kate Bosworthmaybe, but I think that she is a boring actress.

i would love to see a bio-pic of jean seberg, just so long as it was well made, maybe dunst could pull it off.i read that dunst at first wanted to take the main role in the sylvia plath bio(the role went to paltrow),before turning her interest towards jean seberg,it concerns me that she doesnt take jeans story seriously.

oh God, I hope not. What a tragedy for such a no-talent (not to mention fugly) actress to portray Miss Seberg.

Agree, must not be her! It would be the greatest casting error since Rosie O'Donnell as Betty Rubble.

Dunst is not nearly beautiful enough to play Seberg convincingly.

It irks me. It's just another commodification of someone from the past who is suddenly considered interesting by hipsters (for a moment anyway) Just like that Edie Sedgwick film.

WTHeck does her level of beauty have to do with anything?
You need to be as "beautiful" as much as Jean was to be a good ACTOR?
                                      are you smoking something?

Scarlett Johansson would be perfect for the role she's petite, very pretty and a good actress.
