Now that his life rights have officially been sold, I'm sure everyone is doing this.
My vote: David Strathairn. Although he may now be too old.

Tough to find someone to play Serling.
Strathairn is too old, Hamm is too tall.

I think you'd have to get a shorter guy simply because Rod's height had such an effect on him-so I guess it's either Elijah Wood or Tobey Maguire (though Maguire would have to get a voice coach).
