My sister and I wen to see the movie and both of us thought that it was Deep Roy. That is really funny.

yeah thats wicked wierd cause i thought the same thing. in fact, i was quite sure of it. but i guess not. i hated the new oompas. nothing beats the original. ah well, i still love burton and his movies. and of course johnny depp makes anything awesome. has anyone heard thi thing about depp looking for a house in new hampshire?

I thought it was Deep Roy too, it sounds like him also. They are both from Kenya, maybe that is the resemblence.

Well, I haven't yet seen Charlie and the Chocolate Factory so I didn't think it was him but I could have sworn he was the same guy that played a Klingon on STTNG

I agree with you!!! I was watching Narnia tonight and kept looking closely at the guy wondering if it was Deep Roy!
When I got home, I immediately went to IMDB to find out if it was him. It wasn't! Maybe they're long lost twins? haha

i know! me, my sister, and my dad went and saw it and we all thought it was Deep Roy. i was like, "that's the oompa loompa guy!!!" towards the end of Narnia I was like, "ok, the face looks kind of different. maybe it's not him." my dad was determined that it was Deep Roy so i looked it up on here to prove it. That's 20 bucks in my wallet!!!!

Yeah, I join all the rest of you that seriously thought the dwarf dude in Narnia was Deep Roy. I'm pretty familiar with who he is because I have seen and own copies of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Oompa-Loompas) and The NeverEnding Story (little man). And yet I was wrong. They're both short; they almost have the same face; methinks they have similar voices; they were both born in Nairobi, Kenya; and they were both in Star Wars: Episode VI: Return of the Jedi.
Kiran Shah has my birthday, by the way.

he does look like Deep Roy, it took me until now to actually look him up, but i was convinced that it wasn't Deep in Narnia, while my mom was convinced it was, but no i know, and i even no where else i've seen him! yes!
