No it's not true because you can see her nipples. As for having sex in reality for that scene probably not otherwise it probably would have been given an R rating here in Australia. I remeber hearing about a film released in Australia and it was given an R rating because the actors in it actually had sex for the sex scenes.

You know Van Damme and Alonna probably did have sex off camera. I'm not gay but I am pretty sure Van Damme was a chick magnet back then and with a girl like Alonna co-staring with him, I'm pretty sure he banged her in the hotel or something.
