oh come on, you don't truly believe THAT, do you? he could be her grandfather. anyway, their relationship is very sweet - he is her godfather and mentor. her grandparents are dorothy and hank paul. they have three children, all working in the entertainment industry. jon voight and all of the pauls are more or less involved with crystal sky entertainment. so yes, as somebody else already mentioned, they are old family friends.
