I wish I could help, Ray, but I have no idea who that is. I'll give you a few tips though. Whenever I can't put a name to a face, I stop everything I'm doing and waste a lot of time grinding my teeth and muttering "What is her name???!!!" with increasing annoyance. Works every time.
